I remembered the CP App Remover, so I tried that, and it failed as well. I did happen to see the uninstall.exe the other day and clicked on it a few times, but nothing ever worked. i clicked on disable all add-ons and clicked continue and start. I'm trying to uninstall Firefox, but can't do it by either the uninstall.exe, nor the Control Panel.
clicked on the mozilla firefox (safe mode) under the program files directory of start menu. was about to give up then i went to start menu. tried removing, reinstalling, deleting directory.everything.
